Terms of Payment

1. Deposit

A non-returnable deposit of £1000 is required in completion of this contract. The price per head includes staff wages to a minimum of five hour, starting at the time the bride enters the church or two hours prior to a civil ceremony, or in the case of a dinner or luncheon one hour prior to the arrival of guests, extra hours will be charged at the rate of £10.00 per hour per waiter/ess.

2. Payment of remainder of the account

The amount outstanding of the estimated account should be paid seven days prior to the event taking place (adjustment additions to the account are due within fourteen days of the event taking place).

3. Complaints

Any complaint by the customer must be notified to the company in writing within fourteen days of the event.

4. Monies outstanding beyond our credit terms

Any account outstanding beyond our credit terms of reference will be passed out of hand to Daniels Silverman & Associates, Commercial Investigations and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% to cover the costs incurred. Such accounts will also be subject to any other costs incurred in obtaining a settlement.

5. Interest charge on outstanding accounts

Due to high interest charges, a credit charge of 12% per annum will be made if the account is not paid by the due date. The company reserves the right to vary the rate of interest charges.

6. Cancellation

In the event of cancellation of this contract by myself the signatory and or the company that I represent I fully understand that a fee will be charged commensurate to and within the notification time.

Up to three months prior to the event 25% of remaining account
Up to two months prior to the event 50% of remaining account
Within one month of the event 100% of remaining account

In the event of a contract not being signed or late contract signature your letter of confirmation will be deemed as a contract document.
